Cancellation Policy
To facilitate rescheduling or cancellation, please kindly provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and you will be required to pay new deposit for booking another appointment. Please note that in the event of a cancellation within the 24-hour window, refunds will not be issued; however, your deposit can be applied to your next appointment upon rescheduling. I strictly adhere to this policy and do not make exceptions.
